From visiting towns on the Sunshine Coast to ferry crossings between islands in the Salish Sea, riding two-up on a small-cylinder bike turned out better than I thought
Great trip, Renato! And a fantastic time of the year to do it. It's hard to beat the spectacular scenery of the Sunshine Coast and Vancouver Island. Thanks for sharing this fun adventure. I'm with Patty all the way. I'm an Aries and I'm always ready to go further and see more! I'm looking forward to reading about your next adventures. L
What a wonderful road trip, complete with stunning scenery! I've always wanted to visit the Pacific Northwest, and your chronicle has only increased my interest. Thank you for providing the information as well. I always consider reviews and recommendations before planning or making a purchase.
I'm glad you had a great trip on this classic BC loop, Renato! I've done it many times, including one time on a 250cc Kawasaki Ninja. Needless to say—I love your choice of bike!
Thanks, Melanie! While I own two bikes (MotoGuzzi V7 is the other), I have a soft spot in my heart for lower displacement engines, and the Ninja line has such wonderful capability. Thanks for reading my travel diary.
It was, Wade. I would add that going from Gibsons to Vancouver in a single day was pushing it with the ferry connections. Next time I think I will stay overnight either in Powell River on in Courtenay so as to have more time to explore.
Che bel diario di viaggio, Renato!
(Potresti veramente contribuire in modo molto efficace e personale all'ideazione di guide turistiche! ☺️)
Grazie, Erica. Mi sa che le guide turistiche richiedono vaste risorse di energia e tempo. Non so come tu l'abbia fatto. :)

Thank you very much, Lois. You Aries folks motivate me to look up and see the possibilities on the horizon. Cheers!

That makes sense and sounds like it would be a good move for next time.
It’s so lovely to read the perspectives of visitors to the Sunshine Coast and especially by those with a background in reporting. Well done, Renato!
Thank you, Marina, for your wonderful hospitality and for showing us around. There is so much more to learn. I'll be back!
